Aspired Talent have an exciting opportunity for an Assembly Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in St Helens. Our client offers excellent benefits and a very enjoyable working culture. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am till 5:30pm.
This is a pivotal role within the overall organisation, and you will be an integral part of the production and manufacturing facility.
Essential Skills:- Assembly operations with relevant experience in a similar industry (e.g., hydraulics, industrial hoses, manufacturing)

- FLT Reach Licence
- Assembly of hoses as per company work instructions.
- Stock Management which would include ensuring that errors, defects, and waste are minimal and continually improved upon.
- Accurate picking of stock as per job cards.
- Maintain effective organisation of material inventories to facilitate efficient use of the space available in the workshop/warehouse/container.
- Maintain assembly equipment and tools to company standards.
- Ensure that all customer requirements are satisfied by ensuring that due dates are met and that all orders are correct.
- Accurate administration relating to stock usage.
- Always adhering to company and customer procedures.
- Maintain a hygienic, clean, and professional working environment always.
- Cleaning and packing of hose assemblies and hose kits as per company work instructions.
- Ensuring that all documentation and procedures are STRICTLY adhered to.
