An established and rapidly growing data centre operator is seeking an experienced Juniper Data Centre Engineer to support the migration and configuration of high-performance Juniper infrastructure and associated compute hardware. This is a hands-on engineering role offering the chance to work with cutting-edge networking and GPU technologies in a live production environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating and deploying new network configurations for Juniper QFX switches, MX204 routers, 100 Gbps optics, and Mellanox GPU nodes.
  • Applying and testing configurations, performing validation, and supporting system go-live.
  • Supporting Ubuntu-based server deployments, including OS installation and network configuration.
  • Maintaining precise documentation covering equipment inventories, cabling maps, serial numbers, and configuration changes.

You need to have strong hands-on experience with Juniper QFX and MX-series platforms in data-centre environments, a solid understanding of 100 Gbps optics, cabling standards, and Layer 2/3 configuration, and be confident using Ubuntu/Linux CLI for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience with network migration projects and the ability to follow structured change plans accurately are essential.
