Aspire11 is a global investment platform built to connect long-duration European pension capital with exceptional growth companies around the world. With a $735m inaugural fund, Aspire11 invests through two complementary strategies: Eternals and Tribes.
Eternals
Eternals makes direct investments in late-stage, category-leading growth companies globally, typically deploying $10mβ$50m into a concentrated portfolio of high-conviction investments. The strategy invests from Series C through pre-IPO, primarily across the US and Europe. Aspire11 invests alongside leading global investors rather than competing with them, providing patient, long-term capital designed to compound with companies through multiple stages of growth, including beyond IPO.
The Eternals portfolio includes:
- Baseten β AI infrastructure
- Databricks β Data and AI platform
- Docplanner β Digital healthcare
- ElevenLabs β AI voice technology
- Revolut β Fintech
- VAST Data β AI infrastructure and operating systems
- Vinted β Consumer marketplace
Tribes
Tribes backs leading early-stage venture capital managers with the potential to generate exceptional long-term returns. Through these partnerships, Aspire11 builds relationships with the investors and ecosystems identifying the next generation of global technology leaders at inception β creating a natural connection between the Tribes and Eternals strategies.
The Role
The successful candidate will join the Eternals investment team, focusing on direct growth investments across the US and Europe. This is a broad investing role with meaningful ownership across the full investment lifecycle: origination, evaluation, execution and portfolio engagement. You will work closely with Aspire11's senior investors and have regular exposure to founders, management teams, advisers and co-investors. As part of a deliberately lean investment team, you will be expected to develop independent investment judgement, take ownership early and contribute beyond individual transactions to the development of Aspire11 itself.
Responsibilities
- Investment analysis: Assess business quality, market structure, product differentiation, competitive positioning, unit economics and the durability of growth.
- Financial modelling and valuation: Build and review operating models, scenario analyses, valuation frameworks, cap tables and investment return cases.
- Origination and thematic research: Develop investment themes, map priority sectors and companies, and build relationships with founders, executives, advisers, bankers and co-investors.
- Due diligence and execution: Own day-to-day diligence and transaction execution, coordinating internal and external workstreams, identifying key risks and maintaining momentum through signing and closing.
- Investment committee: Develop clear, evidence-led investment papers and present recommendations, key assumptions, risks and sensitivities to the Investment Committee.
- Portfolio engagement: Track company performance, support strategic initiatives and follow-on investment decisions, and contribute to long-term value creation and liquidity planning.
- Firm building: Help strengthen Aspire11's investment processes, knowledge base, network and market presence as the platform develops.
Candidate Profile
Approximately 4β7 years of relevant experience, with strong transaction or investing exposure gained within growth equity, venture growth, private equity, investment banking or a closely related environment. A genuine interest in technology and the ability to develop an independent view on businesses operating in complex, fast-changing markets. Excellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities, combined with the judgement to identify the issues that matter most to an investment decision. Strong commercial instincts and the ability to move between detailed analysis and the broader strategic investment case. Confident and credible when engaging with founders, management teams, advisers and senior investors. Intellectually curious, highly motivated and comfortable taking significant ownership within a small, entrepreneurial and international team. Fluent English is required. Additional European language skills are helpful but not essential.
The Opportunity
Join an investment platform at an early stage of its development, backed by long-duration institutional pension capital and built around a genuinely long-term investment horizon. Invest in some of the most exciting growth companies across the US and Europe, while being primarily based in London and operating with a truly international mandate. Work directly with exceptional founders, management teams and investors shaping the next generation of global technology companies. Operate within a lean, high-calibre investment team, with significant responsibility from day one, direct exposure to senior investors and substantial headroom to grow as the platform scales. Develop across the full investment lifecycle rather than operating within a narrowly defined execution role. Play an entrepreneurial role in building the firm itself. At this stage of Aspire11's development, there is genuine scope to make your mark, helping shape how the investment platform operates, develops its network and reputation, and ultimately what it becomes.
