The role:
I am looking for a Marketing & New Business Manager to support company growth. Working closely with a Managing Partner, you'll help attract new clients by identifying prospects, building a sales pipeline, developing marketing and PR activity, and creating compelling credentials and proposals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and delivery of marketing and new business strategy
- Identifying target organisations and key individuals within prospective clients
- Building and managing a customer database and new business pipeline
- Creating marketing content and communications materials
- Supporting the development of credentials presentations
- Helping to prepare tailored new business proposals
About you:
- 2-4 years experience in a marketing, sales, new business or growth role, ideally within a media agency, marketing consultancy or media owner environment.
- A customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering great client outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- A solid understanding of the media landscape and how media drives brand and business results
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritise and get things done
- A collaborative, proactive approach and strong teamwork skills
- Experience using CRM or customer database tools (desirable)
