Aspire Housing is continuing to invest in our Home Maintenance Service as part of our wider transformation programme. We're growing our internal trade teams to strengthen the service we provide to customers, build more in-house expertise, and create sustainable opportunities for colleagues to develop their careers with us, all whilst making a difference in our local communities.

- Multi-Skilled Trade Colleagues - Salary £36,249 per annum (For our voids and in-house repairs team)
- External Works Colleagues - Salary £35,089 per annum
- Electricians - Salary £41,502 per annum
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in social housing, property maintenance, or construction.
- Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of what you do.
- Passion for making a difference and taking responsibility to get things done.
- Skilled and professional tradesperson.
- Flexible approach and able to take part in the out-of-hours call-out service.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
