We're looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment. Reporting to the Head of Social, you'll take ownership of day-to-day social media across a portfolio of premium brands - driving content, storytelling and performance. This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just follow trends but helps set them, turning spaces, dishes and moments into content audiences want to engage with.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver weekly and monthly content plans across multiple brands
  • Create engaging, on-brand copy tailored to different audiences
  • Lead creative ideation and execution for organic social campaigns
  • Manage influencer relationships - from sourcing to delivery
  • Analyse performance and turn insights into actionable improvements
  • Oversee workflow and support junior team members
  • Contribute to campaigns, launches, events and partnerships
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and cultural shifts
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years' experience in social media management, ideally within luxury or hospitality
  • Proven experience managing multiple brands/accounts simultaneously
  • Strong influencer marketing and relationship management experience
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimise performance
