  • We're partnering with a fast-growing digital media business looking to hire a

Senior Programmatic Manager to join its expanding delivery team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a programmatic specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on DSP experience who is ready to take greater ownership of campaigns, contribute to strategy, and play an active role in developing best-in-class programmatic delivery.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end programmatic activity across a portfolio of advertisers, overseeing campaign activation, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help shape campaign strategy, identify new testing opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that drive results.

This role offers significant exposure to client-facing work while also providing opportunities to mentor junior team members and contribute to wider business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting across multiple advertisers.
  • Take ownership of campaign delivery and performance against key objectives.
  • Analyse campaign data and produce insightful post-campaign reports with clear recommendations.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies and campaign structures across leading DSPs.
  • Collaborate with commercial and account management teams on client briefs and project delivery.
  • Support Test & Learn initiatives and identify opportunities for innovation across accounts.
  • Contribute to internal meetings, performance reviews, and strategic discussions.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team where required.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of campaign performance while also taking a proactive approach to problem solving and client service.

You’ll ideally have

  • 2+ years of hands-on programmatic experience.
  • Experience using platforms such as
  • The Trade Desk, DV360 and/or Stack Adapt
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimisation, audience targeting, and reporting.
  • Experience delivering performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to support colleagues across the team.
  • Experience across display, video, audio and other omnichannel programmatic formats would be advantageous.
