A renowned hospitality group is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to help elevate visual identity across all brand touchpoints, digital, print, social, and in-venue. You'll act as a brand guardian and creative lead, working closely with the Head of Creative, marketing and digital teams to deliver refined, premium-level design work.
What you'll be doing:
- Design high-quality creative for social media, email, website, menus, signage, events and campaigns.
- Develop and refine brand visual systems - typography, layout, iconography, illustration.
- Ensure consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints while evolving the brand aesthetically.
- Mentor junior designers and support freelancers when needed.
- Work with digital UX teams, print suppliers and wider teams across venues.
- Stay ahead of design trends in hospitality, lifestyle and luxury.
Ideal background:
- 5+ years' experience in graphic design, ideally in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle or premium retail.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print and experiential design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); motion or After Effects is a plus.
- Confident presenting ideas and managing multiple deadlines.
- Detail-focused, creative and commercially aware.
