The Opportunity
This is a strategic and hands‑on role. As Senior CRM Campaign Manager you will be working closely with global marketing leaders, admissions teams, regional stakeholders, and technology partners. You will own the end‑to‑end customer journey strategy, leading multi‑channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, app/push, and direct mail to improve engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise the customer lifecycle and CRM communication strategy
- Deliver targeted multi‑channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, app, and direct mail to drive engagement, retention, and conversion
- Analyse campaign and customer journey performance to improve ROI and customer experience
- Lead segmentation and personalisation strategies using customer data and insights
