The Role
This is a hands-on Sales Manager position with full responsibility for both team performance and revenue delivery. You will lead an existing team of Account Managers while building out a new business function focused on acquiring high-net-worth (HNW) clients. This role offers genuine ownership - from hiring and coaching through to driving revenue and shaping the sales culture.
