Responsibilities of the Amazon & Ecommerce Support will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of Amazon UK and European accounts
- Managing inbound freight to Amazon fulfilment centres
- Monitoring and reconciling stock levels and investigating discrepancies
- Liaising with warehouses and Amazon to resolve receiving and stock issues
- Handling customer enquiries, returns, refunds and warranty requests
- Supporting product listings, content updates and image changes
- Helping resolve suppressed or stranded Amazon listings
- Assisting with product descriptions, bullet points and A+ content
- Maintaining product information across ecommerce platforms
- Supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of the company's B2B website
- Providing wider ecommerce and administrative support as the role develops
