KEY DUTIES
- Onboard and train customers, supporting setup and aligning with Sales requirements efficiently.
- Build strong customer relationships, drive retention, upsell opportunities, and monitor system usage to improve experience.
- Provide technical support, manage renewals, track engagement, and act as the customer\’s voice for product enhancements.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years\\\’ experience in market research, project management, or survey programming with client-facing skills.
