THE COMPANY
We are representing a leading mixed-methods research consultancy, known for high-quality, strategic work across UK and international markets. The Consumer team focuses on a variety of projects covering everything from ideation and concept testing through to product development and testing. They are now looking for a qualitative consultant to join their company.
KEY DUTIES
- Lead end-to-end primary research projects, from initial brief and proposal through delivery, analysis and client debriefs.
- Guide junior researchers, manage workloads effectively, and coordinate specialist teams to ensure projects run smoothly and successfully.
- Build trusted client relationships while contributing to innovative proposals, pitches, and solutions for complex research briefs.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong agency experience delivering qualitative, ad-hoc market research projects across varied sectors and business objectives.
- Confident moderating interviews and focus groups, designing approaches, presenting findings, and managing complex client briefs.
- Commercially minded, collaborative researcher who builds client relationships, mentors juniors, and takes ownership of projects.
