Location: London Bridge. Work in office three days per week.
Salary: Up to £55,000 plus bonus.

We partner with a luxury retail brand near London Bridge that is making a significant investment in digital growth and bringing Paid Search fully in-house.
This is a rare opportunity to take complete ownership of PPC, reduce reliance on external agencies, and build a best‑in‑class search function from the ground up.
You will have the freedom to shape strategy, optimise performance, rebuild reporting, and directly influence commercial growth across multiple international markets.
The Role
As PPC Manager, you will own Paid Search across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency.
This is a highly hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being in‑platform while influencing strategy, reporting, and decision‑making.
You will be responsible for:
- Ownership of the Paid Search strategy across Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube and Microsoft Ads
- Bringing PPC fully in‑house and optimising account structures for long‑term growth
- Managing budgets, bidding strategies and campaign performance against CPA and ROAS targets
- Leading keyword strategy, audience targeting and campaign builds
- Driving Performance Max and feed optimisation initiatives
- Running structured testing programmes across creatives, bidding strategies, audiences and landing pages
- Analyzing campaign performance to identify opportunities, trends and root causes
- Rebuilding and improving reporting frameworks to provide clearer performance insights across the business
- Producing commercially focused reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Working closely with eCommerce, CRM, Creative and Web teams to improve conversion and overall performance
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Wants full ownership and accountability for PPC performance
- Has strong hands‑on experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Has managed significant PPC budgets within an eCommerce environment
- Possesses advanced Excel skills and is comfortable building reporting frameworks from scratch
- Can confidently use Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs and large datasets to uncover actionable insights
- Has experience using GA4, Looker Studio and other reporting tools
- Understands attribution, feeds, ROAS, CPA and eCommerce performance metrics
- Has a naturally analytical mindset and enjoys solving complex performance challenges
- Combines strong execution with commercial and strategic thinking
