They are currently looking to bring on an Operations Administrator to support the business in various capacities:

  • Manage reception, transport bookings, stationery supplies, conferences, and company events.
  • Liaise with IT suppliers and maintain technology-related records and documentation.
  • Process invoices, administer incentives, and support financial training implementation.
  • Produce carbon footprint reports, monitor first-aider coverage, and order birthday cards.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record within an administrative position completing various tasks.
  • Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and confident preparing client-facing materials using PowerPoint.
