- KEY DUTIES
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, account-based activity, and targeted decision-maker engagement.
- Manage client relationships, identifying retention, upselling, cross-selling, and account growth opportunities while ensuring satisfaction.
- Own sales opportunities from qualification through proposal, negotiation, close, forecasting, and successful project handover.

- Market research agency experience with strong methodological understanding and client-focused research solution development.
- Proven sales experience managing relationships, generating opportunities, writing proposals, negotiating, and achieving commercial targets.
