I am looking for an experienced mobile marketing expert with a proven track record of managing high-performance app campaigns, to join a leading iGaming brand as a Mobile Marketing Manager and join their growing team to help them drive next-level growth. In this role, you will collaborate with talented teams across multiple markets to deliver impactful mobile campaigns that drive measurable business growth. Reporting to the Head of Mobile, you will take ownership of campaign performance, lead strategic partnerships, and bring fresh thinking to engagement, activation, and user lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, optimise, and report on mobile campaigns across channels including App-to-app Display, Mobile DSPs, Apple Search Ads, UAC, and Meta App Campaigns.
- Deliver high-performing monthly, quarterly, and annual strategies.
- Monitor KPIs including growth, conversion, CPA, and LTV - ensuring each market hits its performance goals.
- Lead data-driven insights and communicate results to senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Build and refine mobile strategies covering fraud prevention, creative optimisation, and conversion rate improvements.
- Identify and test new channels to scale performance and diversify our marketing mix.
- Drive automation, efficiency, and innovation in campaign management and reporting.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to enhance tracking, measurement, and cost efficiency.
- Develop creative testing frameworks and contribute to the continuous evolution of mobile campaign strategy.
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years' hands‐on marketing and campaign management, with experience in mobile marketing (UK and international markets).
- Proven success managing data-driven, performance-based app campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of major ad platforms: DSPs, Mobile DSPs, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Proficiency with tracking and analytics tools: AppsFlyer (Adjust, Singular), Firebase, GA4, and experience preferred with fraud prevention tools such as TrafficGuard or P360.
- Strong background in campaign forecasting, planning, and optimisation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experienced collaborator with global teams and awareness of cultural/regional market nuances.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- Tech‐savvy and up to date with mobile and ad tech innovations.
- Experience in iGaming or digital performance agencies is a strong plus.
