This isn't about managing an existing channel. This is about building the Amazon business from the ground up. I've partnered with a fast-growing UK wellness brand operating across the UK and US to hire a Marketplace Manager. Amazon, Walmart, GoPuff, and Faire are already part of the mix - but they now want someone who has the experience to take Amazon seriously and scale it properly. This is a role for someone who has been there and done it. Someone who has the t-shirt.

What you'll actually be doing:

  • Own and build the Amazon channel from the ground up - strategy, execution, and growth
  • Take full ownership of the P&L and revenue targets across all marketplace platforms
  • Build and optimise product listings - copy, imagery, A+ content, SEO
  • Develop and execute marketplace advertising strategies (Amazon PPC, Sponsored Products, DSP)
  • Manage inventory, replenishment, and fulfilment performance
  • Analyse sales data, trends, and competitor activity to drive decisions
  • Identify and launch into new marketplace opportunities
  • Work cross‑functionally with supply chain, creative, and finance teams
