Marketing Manager

We\’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing operations for a group of premium schools in Italy. This is a contract opportunity for a commercially minded, hands-on marketer who is fluent in Italian and thrives in an Agile, results-driven environments.

Whether you\’re based in Italy or working remotely from London, you\’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that directly impact student admissions and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver marketing plans across top tier academic institutions in Milan.
  • Manage the full marketing mix: offline media, outdoor advertising, PR, events, and digital.
  • Drive admissions and revenue growth through targeted campaigns.
  • Coordinate 10 concurrent marketing plans, tailored to individual school needs.
  • Build strong relationships with school heads and admissions teams.
  • Oversee local PR efforts with agency support and align with global brand strategy.

What We\’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in hands-on marketing execution and campaign delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen and focus on ROI.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Canva) and marketing platforms.
  • Fluent in Italian and English – this is essential.
  • Background in education, retail, or corporate sectors preferred.

Support & Structure

  • Reports to the Global Head of Brand and Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Collaborates with a social media manager and a central marketing team of 50+ specialists based in London (SEO, PPC, web).
