  • Multi-Skilled Trade Colleagues - Salary £36,249 per annum (For our voids and in-house repairs team)
  • External Works Colleagues - Salary £35,089 per annum
  • Electricians - Salary £41,502 per annum

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience in social housing, property maintenance, or construction
  • Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of what you do
  • Passion for making a difference and taking responsibility to get things done
  • Skilled and professional tradesperson
  • Flexible approach and able to take part in the out-of-hours call-out service
  • Full UK driving license
