Are you experienced in HR systems and processes? We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in ATS (Ashby) and HRIS (HiBob) to keep our Talent team running at full speed.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and improve workflows across recruitment and HR systems
  • Ensure operational quality for hiring and people processes
  • Configure, test, and roll out ATS and HRIS solutions
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve Talent operations

We are looking for someone who:
