What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers across Europe
  • Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages
  • Create tailored proposals (Spanish & English)
  • Manage pipeline using CRM (Salesforce)
  • Work closely with marketing, ops & conference teams
  • Bring ideas to help grow event performance

What We're Looking For

  • Native Spanish or Catalan speaker
  • Strong English communication skills
  • 1-2 years' experience in sales, BD, recruitment, events or client-facing roles
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working to targets and managing multiple priorities
  • Organised, resilient, and commercially minded
  • Interest in renewable energy or sustainability is a plus
