We are working with a global experiential and events agency that delivers design‑led, high‑impact brand experiences for leading tech, entertainment, and consumer brands worldwide. They are looking to hire a Senior Production Manager to join their London‑based team, leading the delivery of large‑scale live, virtual, and hybrid events across international markets. This is a senior, hands‑on role responsible for the end‑to‑end production management of complex and creative projects. Domestic and international travel is an essential part of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day‑to‑day production delivery of large‑scale experiential projects
  • Manage all aspects of technical production, including AV, lighting, staging, broadcast, and set build
  • Own production budgets, schedules, logistics, and supplier management
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative, studio, and producer teams
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and external partners
  • Oversee on‑site delivery and show execution
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within an agency environment
  • At least 2 years in a Senior or Lead Production Manager role
  • Proven experience delivering international live events
  • Experience across IRL, virtual, and hybrid event formats
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management ability
  • Technical production knowledge is highly desirable
