We are representing a global entertainment-sector organisation seeking a high-impact Director to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform commercial strategy, brand partnerships, and audience engagement. The role sits at the heart of the insight team, leading the delivery of multiple quantitative and qualitative research workstreams while providing strategic direction and analytical expertise. You will combine hands-on analysis with team leadership and strong stakeholder management to drive meaningful business outcomes.
Key Duties
- Embed data-driven insights organisation-wide, enabling informed commercial decisions through research leadership, stakeholder engagement, and empathy.
- Lead quantitative and qualitative research delivery, prioritising workstreams, developing teams, and managing vendors effectively.
- Analyse diverse datasets, interpret stakeholder needs, and deliver actionable insights through strong client-service.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive client-side and agency research experience, applying advanced methodologies to generate actionable insights.
- Skilled in qualitative moderation, statistical analysis, data visualisation, and social listening platforms.
- Influences stakeholders effectively, translating research findings into commercial strategies and measurable business outcomes.
