KEY DUTIES- Lead end‑to‑end national and international projects, managing proposals, feasibility, costs, planning, timelines, and closure processes.
- Assess feasibility, create plans, optimise financial performance, improve processes, conduct reviews, and maintain client relationships.
- Act as client contact, providing updates, growing partner network relationships, supporting wider operational initiatives delivery.
- Proven track record managing quantitative and qualitative market research projects with international teams and clients.
- Highly organised self‑starter with excellent communication, attention to detail, IT skills, and budget management experience.
- Experienced people manager, delegating effectively, analysing data using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and research software platforms.
