Are you a senior Project Manager who thrives on complexity, loves working closely with clients, and knows how to turn technical implementations into smooth, high-impact deliveries? I'm representing a fast-scaling, well-funded SaaS technology company that’s transforming how frontline workforces access the digital workplace. As the business enters an exciting phase of global expansion, they’re looking for their first dedicated Project Manager to take ownership of customer delivery and help build scalable project delivery foundations.
This is a pivotal role with real influence - ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and shaping how delivery is done, not just following a playbook.
The Opportunity
As Project Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end SaaS implementations for enterprise and mid-market customers across industries including retail, hospitality, manufacturing and more. You’ll manage up to 8 concurrent projects, acting as the primary delivery partner for customers while working closely with engineering, product and customer success teams internally. Because this is the company’s first dedicated PM hire, you’ll also help introduce and evolve PMO processes, delivery frameworks and best practices, bringing structure without slowing things down. This role suits someone who is adaptable, commercially aware, and technically confident - not a checkbox-style PM, but someone who can flex to meet different client needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Delivery & Relationship Management
- Own full implementation lifecycles from discovery through to go-live
- Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear delivery plans
- Act as the main point of contact throughout delivery, setting expectations and driving momentum
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and clarity
- Technical & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering and product teams on technical implementations
- Translate between client requirements and technical teams with confidence
- Manage integrations involving APIs, sandbox environments and technical configurations
- Identify risks and issues early, driving pragmatic solutions
- Process & PMO Development
- Introduce and improve delivery processes, templates and reporting
- Create and maintain project documentation (plans, RAID logs, status updates)
- Help shape scalable delivery practices as the company grows globally
- Support agile ways of working and ensure delivery readiness
What You’ll Bring
- Senior-level experience delivering SaaS or technical implementation projects
- Proven ability to manage up to 8 concurrent projects
- Strong client-facing skills with experience building and maintaining long-term relationships
- Hands-on experience gathering requirements defining scope
- Confidence working with technical teams and understanding APIs, integrations and sandbox environments
- Ability to translate technical detail into clear, structured delivery plans
- A flexible, adaptable mindset - comfortable handling variable client needs
- Experience implementing or improving PMO processes (especially as a first PM hire)
- Proactive, ownership-driven approach with strong problem-solving instincts
What’s In It for You
You’ll be joining a mission-driven, people-first SaaS scale-up with strong investment and real momentum - offering both impact and long-term career growth. Benefits include:
- Hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in a London office
- Clear progression opportunities as global expansion continues
- A supportive, collaborative culture that values autonomy and wellbeing
- Generous holiday allowance, including birthday leave and Christmas office closure
- Private medical cover and enhanced, family-friendly parental policies
- Salary of £65,000, with flexibility up to £72-73k for exceptional candidates
