THE COMPANY
We are working with a global consultancy that uses behavioural science to help organisations refine their brand strategy, enhance customer experiences, and deliver behavioural change interventions. They combine research with hands-on expertise to turn complex insights into practical, actionable strategies. They are currently looking to bring in a Project Manager looking to continue their work with qualitative projects.
KEY DUTIES
- Manages live qualitative research projects end-to-end, coordinating fieldwork, materials, schedules, compliance, and international agencies.
- Oversees supplier relationships, expands databases, sources new suppliers, and stays updated on industry developments.
- Manages budgets, costings, project management processes, trains staff, coordinates viewing rooms, and supports new business development.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in field and project management, specialising in qualitative research execution.
- Proactively manages multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining schedules and organisation in fast-paced environments.
