I'm representing an innovative, well‐funded technology client entering a major stage of global expansion, and they're looking for a Project Manager who can drive transformational projects with enterprise customers across retail, hospitality, manufacturing and more. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role as the business scales internationally, while working with cutting‐edge digital access technology used by thousands of frontline employees.

The Opportunity

As Project Manager, you'll lead full implementation lifecycles for enterprise and mid‐market clients. You'll be the face of delivery, ensuring onboarding, configuration, testing, and go‐live run seamlessly, while building trusted partnerships with stakeholders across multiple industries. You'll also collaborate closely with product, engineering and customer success teams, helping shape scalable delivery processes as the platform grows globally. If you enjoy structure, clarity, problem‐solving and working at pace, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Client Delivery Leadership
    • Own end‐to‐end customer implementations, from discovery to go‐live.
    • Build lasting relationships with client stakeholders, acting as their primary touchpoint.
    • Run structured requirement‐gathering sessions and define clear scope, expectations and deliverables.
    • Create delivery documentation including project plans, RAID logs and status updates.
    • Drive momentum and keep multi‐workstream projects on track.
  • Cross‐Team Coordination
    • Partner with engineering, product, consulting and CS teams to unblock delivery.
    • Lead efficient meetings with clear agendas, decisions and action tracking.
    • Raise risks and issues early and manage them collaboratively.
  • Agile & Process Improvement
    • Support agile ceremonies and ensure stories are well‐defined and delivery‐ready.
    • Help scale delivery frameworks, templates and forecasting tools.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimisation as the organisation grows.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience delivering SaaS, HR tech, digital employee experience or implementation projects (would be a huge plus).
  • Strength in customer leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
  • Hands‐on experience owning project delivery end‐to‐end.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Confidence working with technical teams and translating detail into structured plans.
  • A proactive, ownership‐driven approach, you spot issues early and love problem‐solving.
  • Bonus: experience in identity/access solutions, workforce management or similar domains.

What's In It for You

Your future team is people‐focused, mission‐driven and backed by fresh investment, meaning real opportunity for career growth as the product continues to scale. Benefits include:

  • Hybrid working with a London office base
  • A supportive culture that puts wellbeing first
  • Clear career progression as global expansion continues
  • Generous leave, including birthday leave & Christmas office closure
  • Private medical care and family‐friendly enhanced parental policies
