About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to support Aspire's multi-market and multi-category expansion efforts. In this role, you'll define how Aspire shows up in new markets, how we unlock growth in existing markets and what messaging, positioning and product roadmap can create real value to our ICP. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll work closely with our GTM teams across Marketing and Partnerships to ensure the right narrative reaches the right audience. You'll also run tight feedback loops with Product to influence what we build, and how we position it. We're looking for someone who has led go-to-market strategies across multiple markets, including the US, without needing to be on the ground. You know how to zoom in on customer pain points and zoom out to define a clear, differentiated market position. You bring a strong mix of strategic thinking, customer knowledge, and cross-functional influence and you thrive in fast-paced environments.

If this excites you, you're exactly who we're looking for.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of Product Marketers and Lifecycle Marketers to enhance the performance of new launches and increase feature adoption and customer loyalty.
  • Support Go-To-Market strategy by defining the ideal customer profile, messaging, competitive analysis and product-market fit.
  • Develop new product launch distribution plans, collaborating with Growth, Brand, and Partnership Marketing teams to increase product adoption and awareness.
  • Support ICP definition and improvement through customer, competitor and market research.
  • Define and optimise the customer journey by owning lifecycle strategy across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention, ensuring every touchpoint drives product adoption and long-term value.
  • Use insights to personalise communication by leveraging segmentation, behavioural data, and feedback loops to deliver targeted, high-impact messaging throughout the user lifecycle.
  • Build and implement a clear, repeatable approach that helps Aspire launch markets, features and products at scale.
  • Be a key stakeholder in product planning by advocating for features that solve meaningful customer problems and contribute to profitable growth.
  • Use a mix of commercial, marketing, and research data to develop strong hypotheses and turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Operate with clarity in a fast-moving environment, focusing on initiatives that drive the highest business impact.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of total marketing working experience, with 5+ years in product marketing leadership at a high-growth B2B company (ideally Fintech).
  • Proven track record of leading successful multi-market launches and international product launches.
  • Based in Europe, United Kingdom or Singapore.
  • Deep understanding of the fintech business account landscape, including market trends, regulatory nuances, and key customer segments.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills; experienced in driving alignment with senior stakeholders and C-level decision makers.
  • Hands-on customer research experience, with a strong track record of turning insights into actionable go-to-market plans.
  • Strong strategic thinking and narrative building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient with data tools like Tableau to turn raw data into clear, actionable insights for product marketing.
  • Proficient with CRM tools like CIO and Hubspot.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools to speed up workflows, extract insights, or enhance productivity.
