An established premium retail/ecommerce brand is hiring a PPC Manager to play a key role in its recently in-sourced Paid Media team. This is a 50/50 hands-on and strategic role, offering the opportunity to lead campaign direction while remaining close to execution. You'll drive performance across international markets while helping shape the wider PPC strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of PPC campaigns
  • Manage activity across UK, EU and US markets
  • Optimise campaigns across full funnel (brand + performance)
  • Own budget allocation and performance delivery (ROAS, CPA, revenue)
  • Deliver in-depth reporting and actionable insights
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of PPC strategy

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years' experience in PPC / Paid Search
  • Proven track record managing transactional ecommerce accounts
  • Background within retail, ecommerce or luxury sectors
  • Experience managing high-value budgets
  • Strong analytical skills, including Excel-based reporting
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
