If you're a hands-on PPC specialist who wants to own a channel end-to-end, this is worth your attention. We're hiring for a luxury brand based near London Bridge that's bringing Paid Search in-house as part of a wider investment in digital growth. This is a rare opportunity to take full control of PPC, move away from agency reliance, and build a high-performing search function internally.

You won't just be managing campaigns - you'll be owning the strategy, execution, and performance.

The Role

  • You’ll lead Paid Search across Google (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads - driving efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth across multiple international markets.
  • This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being in-platform while also shaping strategy and direction.
  • You’ll be responsible for:
    • Owning end-to-end Paid Search strategy and execution
    • Bringing PPC fully in-house and optimising account structure
    • Managing budgets, bids and performance to hit CPA and ROAS targets
    • Leading keyword strategy, audience targeting and campaign builds
    • Driving PMax and feed optimisation strategy
    • Running structured testing across creative, bidding and landing pages
    • Analysing performance data to identify trends and root causes
    • Turning data into clear, commercially focused insights
    • Collaborating with e-commerce, creative and web teams to improve conversion

The Ideal Candidate

  • Is confident and wants full ownership of PPC for a brand
  • Has strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Enjoys being in-platform and driving performance day-to-day
  • Has experience managing high-spend campaigns
  • Understands e-commerce performance (feeds, attribution, ROAS, CPA)
  • Is highly analytical and comfortable working with data (GA4, Looker, etc.)
  • Has a test-and-learn mindset and challenges performance proactively
  • Can balance execution with strategic thinking

Why This Role?

This is a chance to step into a business that’s investing properly in performance marketing - and give you the autonomy to build something. No legacy constraints. No over-reliance on agencies. Just ownership, accountability, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Please note: applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK. If you’re ready to take PPC in-house and truly own performance – Apply now or message Max Tullis-Turner directly to find out more.
