We're hiring for a luxury brand based near London Bridge that’s investing heavily in its digital growth and bringing more performance marketing expertise in-house. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Performance Marketing Executive who enjoys working with data, testing ideas, and being directly involved in campaign performance. You'll be in-platform, learning fast, and making a real impact from day one.

The Role

  • You'll support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads, working closely with senior team members to drive performance across multiple markets.
  • This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role with plenty of scope to learn, test and develop.
  • You'll be responsible for:
  • Building, managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads
  • Owning day‑to‑day optimisations across keywords, bids, budgets, ad copy and landing pages
  • Conducting search query, keyword and audience analysis
  • Supporting feed optimisation and PMax performance
  • Managing creative updates and asset group testing for Demand Gen and PMax
  • Supporting a structured testing roadmap across campaigns
  • Running experiments across bidding, creative and landing pages
  • Producing performance reports and dashboards
  • Analysing data to identify trends, insights and optimisation opportunities
  • Collaborating with creative, ecommerce, CRM and web teams
  • Supporting campaign setup for promotions and ensuring a smooth customer experience

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has hands‑on experience across Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads
  • Is analytical, data‑driven and comfortable working with numbers
  • Has strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
  • Enjoys testing, learning and improving performance
  • Can clearly communicate insights and recommendations
  • Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Has experience with GA4, Looker Studio or similar tools
  • Is a proactive problem solver with a growth mindset
  • Ecommerce or retail experience is a bonus – but not essential.
