The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join the EMEA Commercial team and play a key role in driving continued growth across EMEA-based clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, winning, and growing high-value client accounts, working closely with senior stakeholders across enterprise and mid-market businesses.

The role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and win new business across UK and EMEA-based B2B marketing teams.
  • Identify and target high-value accounts, presenting tailored solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise and mid-tier client accounts.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Prepare customised proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close complex, high-value deals.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts.
  • Track sales performance, client interactions, and market feedback, providing regular reporting to senior management.
