The Role
We are looking for an Account Director to join our Client Sales team, focusing on B2B clients across the UK and EMEA. You will lead sales of omni-channel B2B programmatic advertising solutions with account-level analytics and targeting, working closely with senior marketing stakeholders to drive new business and grow existing accounts. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, EMEA, this role offers the opportunity to influence company growth and work with cutting-edge advertising technology in a collaborative, dog-friendly office.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing high-value deals.
- Identify and target high-value accounts, presenting tailored solutions to meet business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at Enterprise and Mid-tier clients.
- Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, including cross-selling and upselling.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts, communicating the value of solutions clearly.
- Negotiate deals that deliver mutual benefit for the client and the company.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on client needs and industry trends.
- Track sales performance, client interactions, and market insights, providing reports to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience selling digital advertising or media solutions to B2B clients (no agency sales).
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and programmatic advertising.
- Established relationships with senior stakeholders within Enterprise and Mid-tier accounts.
- Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value deals and driving consistent revenue growth.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive approach to prospecting and hunting new business opportunities.
