As the Planning Director, you will sit at the intersection of cross-media planning, strategy, and client leadership, ensuring B2B media plans are commercially smart, insight-led, and built to drive meaningful business outcomes.

The Role:
  • Lead the day-to-day management of key client accounts, acting as a trusted senior contact.
  • Own the full campaign lifecycle, from briefing and strategic planning through to buying, delivery and reporting.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to shape media strategies aligned to client objectives.
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital and selected offline channels, including print, OOH, TV and radio.
  • Build strong relationships with media owners and partners to secure effective media solutions.
  • Run regular client meetings, performance reviews and strategic updates.
  • Collaborate with international teams to deliver multi-market activity.
  • Support new business pitches and identify opportunities for account growth.
The Candidate:
  • 6+ years' experience in media planning and buying, ideally from an agency environment.
  • Proven experience leading client relationships and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, with exposure to offline channels a plus.
  • Confident translating client briefs into clear, effective media strategies.
  • Analytical and comfortable working with data, reporting and performance metrics.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Interest or experience in financial services, B2B or business media is beneficial, though full training will be provided.
