We're partnering with one of the world's leading B2B technology businesses on a newly created Marketing Operations Analyst hire - a role born out of significant strategic investment and a real commitment to building a best-in-class demand generation function.
The Opportunity
Reporting into Demand Generation, you'll own the systems, data and reporting that powers marketing performance across EMEA. This isn't a support role - you'll have real ownership of the tech stack and play a critical part in how the business measures and reports on lead generation success at the highest level. You'll be the bridge between technical marketing systems and the wider sales team - making sure data is clean, systems are adopted and insights are communicated clearly across the business.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years in B2B Marketing Operations - SaaS background preferred, telco considered
- 6Sense AND HubSpot experience is essential
- Strong on data, reporting and dashboards - you think in numbers
- Technically minded but a strong communicator - you can translate complex data into clear insights
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and revenue teams
- Someone who wants to own the ops piece and grow with it
