Key Duties
- Define and run a proactive commercial CRM contact strategy in partnership with the promotions team.
- Build comprehensive customer profiles to enable targeted marketing segmentation and a single customer view.
- Manage the B2B lifecycle strategically, using automation to prompt sales teams with actions to deepen relationships.
- Map and automate B2C patient engagement journeys to improve conversion from enquiry to booking.
- Establish and maintain a clean, deduplicated, and compliant database to serve as the foundation for all commercial activity.
- Maintain seamless links between the CRM, website, and various marketing tools to ensure data flows correctly.
- Identify and test innovative tools, including predictive modelling, to drive commercial value.
- Create clear reports and dashboards that help teams evaluate performance and make informed choices.
- Assist and train colleagues in adopting new CRM processes, explaining changes in straightforward language.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a commercial CRM or lifecycle marketing role.
- Experienced in using Salesforce to drive revenue growth or customer retention.
- Experience working with commercial teams to translate business goals into data-driven campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of customer profiling, segmentation, and behavioural targeting.
- Experience managing both B2B and B2C records within a single CRM instance.
- Technical knowledge of marketing automation and integrations.
- Deep knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations regarding marketing consent and legitimate interest.
- Organised and able to manage workload and priorities in a busy environment.
