Responsibilities:

  • Leading and executing paid search and paid social campaigns end to end
  • Owning budget planning, spend allocation, optimisation, and performance reporting
  • Driving performance growth through testing new channels, creatives, and experimentation frameworks
  • Building and refining performance marketing processes that scale with the business
  • Working closely with SEO, Content, Product, Analytics, and Finance teams
  • Balancing strategic direction with hands-on campaign management and optimisation

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong experience across paid search and paid social, ideally in multiple sectors
  • Comfortable owning strategy and executing campaigns hands-on
  • Agency background preferred, with a client-side mindset and exposure to fast-paced, performance-led environments
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with a strong understanding of testing, attribution, and ROI
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders while remaining operationally involved
