The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a Head of Delegate Sales to lead and scale their delegate acquisition strategy across a portfolio of global events. This is a leadership role where you will own revenue performance, build a sales function, and contribute to the company's commercial direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver delegate revenue targets across multiple event portfolios
  • Design and run scalable, data‑driven sales strategies aligned with company growth goals
  • Build, lead, and manage a delegate sales team (inbound, outbound, and partnerships)
  • Improve conversion funnels using AI‑driven insights and performance analytics
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams to support demand generation and audience engagement
