Want to own growth across a scaling D2C brand - not just a small part of it? I'm working with a high-growth D2C food brand that's built strong early traction through a combination of standout product, clear positioning, and a loyal customer base. They've spent the last 12 months testing channels, refining their proposition, and understanding what truly drives performance. Now, they're at an inflection point. The foundations are in place. The numbers are moving in the right direction. And they're ready to scale in a much more deliberate and structured way. This is where you come in.
You'll work directly with the Head of Growth, stepping into a role that sits right at the heart of the business. You won't just be responsible for one channel or one part of the funnel - you'll be embedded across the entire D2C engine, helping to drive revenue through continuous testing, optimisation, and execution. This is a role for someone who enjoys being hands‑on. Someone who wants to be in the detail, pulling levers, spotting opportunities, and making improvements on a daily basis - not sitting on the sidelines building decks.
What you'll be doing:
- Website & Conversion (Shopify): Managing the site day-to-day, identifying and implementing CRO opportunities across PDPs, checkout, bundles, and subscriptions. You'll own on-site updates, QA, and continuous improvement, while working closely with developers on larger projects and launches.
- Acquisition (Paid Social Focus): Running and optimising paid acquisition, with a core focus on paid social. You'll manage account structure, test and iterate on creative, and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and scale. There's also scope to explore and expand into new channels over time.
- Retention & Lifecycle: Driving improvements across retention levers including subscriptions, bundles, and loyalty. You'll support CRM and lifecycle activity across email and SMS, working closely with the wider team to improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
- Amazon & Marketplaces: Supporting the growth of the Amazon channel, working alongside an external agency to optimise listings, content, and performance. You'll help identify opportunities to improve conversion, visibility, and overall channel contribution.
Alongside this, you'll be responsible for tracking and reporting on core metrics including CAC, ROAS, AOV, conversion rate, retention, and LTV – using data to inform decisions and prioritise where to focus.
What they're looking for:
This role suits someone who has already operated within a D2C or e-commerce environment, ideally within a fast‑moving consumer or food brand. You'll understand how the different parts of the funnel connect – and how small improvements across each stage can compound into meaningful growth. You’ll likely bring:
- Strong hands‑on experience across paid social and performance marketing
- A solid understanding of website optimisation and CRO within Shopify (or similar platforms)
- Exposure to retention, CRM, and lifecycle marketing
- Confidence working with agencies and external partners
- A data‑led mindset, with the ability to translate performance into action
- A proactive approach – someone who takes ownership and drives things forward
Why this role stands out:
This is a genuine opportunity to join a brand at the point where things get exciting. The early‑stage testing is done. The business knows what works. Now it's about scaling with intent. You’ll have:
- Real ownership across multiple growth channels
- Direct access to and collaboration with the Head of Growth
- The opportunity to make a visible impact on revenue and performance
- A fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment where ideas get tested and implemented quickly
Location: Mayfair (4 days per week)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
