The Role
This isn't a role where you're handed a brief and told to get on with it. You'll own biddable media across a global client portfolio - paid search, paid social, programmatic - with the scope to genuinely shape how the agency approaches this space. It's a specialist seat, which means real depth, real variety, and real room to grow. From strategy and planning through to activation, reporting, and presenting results, you'll be the expert people turn to - and you'll have a junior team to bring with you.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end campaign management from strategy through to implementation, reporting and results presentation
- Lead campaigns end-to-end - from strategy and planning through to activation, optimisation, and presenting results back to clients
- Be the strategic voice clients trust - bringing sharp insights, clear recommendations, and genuine expertise to every conversation
- Push the boundaries - test new formats, targeting approaches, and products, and bring a genuine curiosity about what works
- Turn data into decisions - translate performance analysis into clear, actionable insights that move the needle
- Own client relationships day-to-day - keeping communication sharp, service high, and trust built over time
- Stay ahead of the curve - platform developments, industry trends, emerging best practice
- Work closely with planning and ad-ops teams - bringing your biddable expertise into the room during campaign planning and activation
- Handling the day-to-day client relationship and maintaining high levels of service
- Manage budgets, financial bookings, and reconciliations with accuracy and ownership
Essential Skills and Experience
- A genuine understanding of B2B or financial services media - this world has its own rules, and you know them
- Solid agency-side background running paid social in B2B or financial services - with strong, hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn advertising and real experience activating programmatic campaigns via DV360
- Confident working knowledge of Google Marketing Platform and GA4 or Adobe Analytics
- Across-the-board experience across paid social, programmatic, and paid search - you're comfortable across all three
- Sharp numerically - you love the data as much as the strategy
- A confident, compelling communicator - whether you're presenting to clients or influencing internally, you know how to bring people with you
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Deeper financial services experience is a real plus - though strong B2B credentials will absolutely be considered
- A European language would be a bonus given the global client base - but it's genuinely not a dealbreaker
Person Specification
- You're bright, confident, and equally comfortable flying solo or as part of a team - you don't need hand-holding to do great work
- You bring energy and a solutions mindset - when something isn't working, you're already thinking about how to fix it
- You're as comfortable presenting in a client boardroom as you are running an internal session - and you make complex ideas land clearly
