I'm working with a global events business that’s hiring a Business Development Manager to join its renewable energy portfolio focused on one of Europe’s leading solar and storage exhibitions in Zürich. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with about 1-2 years of sales, recruitment, events, or commercial experience to build an international career in a booming sector.

Responsibilities

  • Sell exhibition and sponsorship packages.
  • Build relationships across the European energy market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
  • Work with major players in solar, storage and clean energy.
  • Use German language skills daily in a commercial setting.

Qualifications

  • Native German speaker (essential).
  • French language skills highly desirable.
  • Commercial mindset and confident communicator.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and closing deals.
