Joining a small but highly collaborative marketing team, you'll play a key role in shaping the customer experience, driving revenue growth and enhancing the effectiveness of core digital channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, rebuilding and optimising critical elements of the digital infrastructure, with a particular focus on CRM, customer journeys, data tracking and marketing automation.

You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing as their digital lead, owning key channels and identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance across both restaurant bookings and delivery sales.

This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact, influence strategy and help shape the future direction of digital marketing within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM & Customer Lifecycle Marketing
  • Take ownership of the CRM platform, ensuring it is fully optimised and delivering commercial value.
  • Audit, build and improve customer journeys, segmentation and automated campaigns.
  • Resolve data, tracking and reporting issues to improve visibility of customer behaviour.
  • Develop lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, retention, reactivation and loyalty.
  • Use customer data and insights to drive more effective marketing activity and decision-making.
  • Performance Marketing
  • Lead paid search and paid social activity across the business.
  • Manage campaign performance, optimisation and budget allocation.
  • Drive bookings, covers and delivery orders through targeted digital campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and return on investment.
  • Multi-Site Marketing
  • Support the digital performance of a nationwide estate of locations.
  • Develop marketing initiatives that drive sales at both national and local level.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to support location‑specific commercial objectives.
  • Ensure local marketing activity supports wider business goals.
  • Delivery Growth
  • Support the continued expansion of the delivery channel.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, frequency and retention across delivery platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and customer lifetime value.
  • Digital Strategy & Leadership
  • Act as the digital marketing specialist within the business.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to shape and deliver digital strategy.
  • Provide recommendations on future digital capability and team structure.
  • Help establish the foundations for future growth across CRM, performance marketing and customer engagement.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Commercially focused and results‑driven.
