An adventure travel company specialising in tailor-made trips to extraordinary destinations is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive to support the continued growth of its consumer brand. Creating immersive experiences across the globe - from iconic safaris to remote island escapes - the business combines expert knowledge with a strong commitment to responsible tourism.
This role is based full‑time in the Mortlake office and offers the opportunity to play a hands‑on role in shaping how the brand attracts, engages and converts travellers online. The Digital Marketing Executive will sit at the heart of the marketing function, with a focus on PPC, content and general digital marketing activity.
The role involves managing and optimising Google Ads activity, including Search, Performance Max and retargeting campaigns. This includes writing and testing ad copy, managing keywords and bid strategies, and analysing performance to improve lead quality and conversion.
Alongside paid media, the role will support website management and SEO, including adding new trips and accommodation, implementing on‑page best practice, and working with an external development agency on site improvements and conversion rate optimisation.
Social media is also a key channel, with responsibility for supporting organic and paid activity across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, adapting content for different audiences and reporting on performance.
The role also involves using GA4 and other analytics tools to track website and campaign performance, producing regular reports and insights. Support will be required across CRM and marketing automation, helping maintain integrations between platforms such as Pipedrive, Mailchimp and Zapier to ensure smooth lead capture, email journeys and reporting.
The successful candidate will also work closely with the wider team on launching new destinations, creating website copy, social content and supporting paid activity, while keeping an eye on competitor activity and wider digital travel trends.
This opportunity would suit someone confident working across multiple digital channels, with hands‑on PPC experience, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage varied priorities. Experience in a consumer, client‑side environment is highly desirable, and travel experience is a bonus but not essential. A genuine interest in travel and storytelling is important.
Package & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000-£35,000
- Contract: Permanent, full-time
- Location: Office-based, Mortlake (London)
- Holiday: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Opportunities to travel to destinations
- Access to trade rates for personal travel
- Real ownership and visibility from day one
- Supportive, close‑knit team with scope to grow and develop as the business expands
