I'm hiring a CRM Manager for a fast-growing D2C coffee subscription brand. The role is fully remote, but you must have the right to live and work in the UK. You'll also need to be a recent, hands-on Klaviyo user - this isn't a strategy-only role. The brand is scaling quickly, subscriptions sit at the centre of growth, and they need someone to properly own CRM. End-to-end. Lifecycle, retention, LTV - the lot. This is a genuinely fun company that puts real effort into culture and the team.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the full customer lifecycle, from first purchase to long-term subscriber
- Building and optimising automated journeys and subscription flows in Klaviyo
- Running weekly CRM campaigns that drive revenue and retention
- Digging into churn, engagement, and subscriber data to uncover growth opportunities
- Working closely with Growth, Product, Creative, and CX
What they're looking for:
- A recent, hands-on Klaviyo user (non-negotiable)
- Experience in D2C scale-ups, ideally subscription or consumables (coffee, FMCG, wellness)
- Commercial, data-led, and comfortable owning outcomes
- Someone who enjoys pace, autonomy, and building things properly
Why it's worth a look:
- Proper ownership of CRM at a key growth stage
- Direct impact on retention and subscription revenue
- Fully remote, UK-based
- A fun culture with global team trips
Package: Up to £65k + equity
If you're strong in Klaviyo and want real ownership - this one's worth a conversation.
