Reporting into: Head of Content / Creative Lead

We are partnering with a large, international organisation with a strong brand presence across multiple markets. They are looking for an Integrated Designer to support the creation of high-quality creative across digital and print channels, working as part of a collaborative in-house marketing and creative team.

This role suits a designer who enjoys variety, can manage multiple projects at once, and understands how to translate ideas into polished assets across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging creative across digital, social, web and print
  • Deliver work across multiple briefs, from concept through to final execution
  • Support brand development and ensure consistency across all outputs
  • Work closely with content, marketing and creative stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Contribute ideas proactively and participate in creative reviews
  • Apply a solid understanding of UX, responsive design and digital best practice

Required Experience

  • 2-4+ years' experience in an agency, in-house or freelance design role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Some experience with motion/video (After Effects, Premiere) desirable
  • Strong typography, layout and attention to detail
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and talking through design decisions
  • Experience working across social, web, UI, banners and print collateral
