Role Overview
I am looking for a Creative & Content Lead to run a high-quality content operation spanning multiple weekly edition launches. You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for producing standout creative across copy, design, photography and video, ensuring every output meets a consistently high standard. The role balances hands‑on creative direction with operational leadership, acting as the final sign‑off while keeping a fast‑moving production pipeline unblocked and efficient. Alongside delivering day‑to‑day campaigns, you will shape creative concepts with artists and partners, define content standards, and use performance insight to continuously improve impact and effectiveness.
Typical Week
- Running a high-volume content operation across multiple weekly launches
- Reviewing and signing off all campaign content (copy, design, photo, video)
- Directing creatives to deliver high-quality outputs across releases
- Shaping concepts for key artist and institutional campaigns
- Reworking plans with Ops as priorities and timelines shift
- Stepping in hands‑on (Figma/CMS) to unblock delivery when needed
