Our client is a successful research company, based in London. They work with a number of well-known brands across a variety of areas. They pride themselves on delivering high quality insights that enable their clients to make decisions that allow them to grow. They are looking for an Associate Director for their Operations function, who can come on board to manage and lead their project management and operations area. They offer a flexible working pattern, and a competitive package is on offer for the right person.
Role & Key Duties
- Overseeing and managing the operational side of the business.
- Working closely with the research team to ensure high quality delivery on projects to clients.
- Overall responsibility for all project management aspects including sampling, scripting, fieldwork management and data quality and delivery.
- Liaising with external suppliers to ensure the smooth overall running of projects and delivery to clients.
- Management of team members, including their development and progression.
- Development and growth of the area in line with company growth expectations.
The Candidate
- Strong background within Market Research Operations, with a proven track record in fieldwork management, running projects from end-to-end, working with scripting, sampling and data processing teams.
- Experience working with clients and research teams, scoping out fieldwork within quantitative research methodologies.
- Happy to interact with clients and attend set up meetings.
- A knowledge of qualitative research would be advantageous.
- Experience in managing and developing people.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure the successful overall delivery of the projects to scope, time and budget.
