A £20million Beauty & Luxury Cosmetics distributor operating across the UK & EU is building out its Amazon team and looking for an Amazon PPC Manager to take ownership of paid media performance across a portfolio of luxury beauty brands. The business is investing heavily into Amazon growth and performance marketing, creating an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a tangible commercial impact from day one.

Please note before applying: This role is based in Mayfair, London and requires attendance in the office 4 days per week. All applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

This is a hands‑on role for an Amazon advertising specialist who enjoys getting into the detail of campaign performance, keyword strategy, and profitability. You'll be responsible for driving growth across Amazon UK and EU marketplaces, ensuring media spend is delivering maximum return whilst helping scale best‑selling products and improving overall marketplace performance. The business is looking for someone who enjoys executing directly and being close to the numbers. This is not a role for someone looking to manage a large team; it's an opportunity to be a key contributor in a growing Amazon function and have a genuine impact on commercial performance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and optimising Amazon Advertising campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP (where applicable)
  • Monitoring campaign performance daily and making data‑driven optimisations to bids, budgets, targeting and placements
  • Conducting keyword research, keyword harvesting, search term analysis and negative keyword management
  • Building and refining campaign structures to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Analysing performance across branded, generic, competitor and category campaigns
  • Monitoring key performance metrics including ROAS, TACoS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, CVR, impression share and organic ranking
  • Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and maximise media efficiency
  • Supporting forecasting, budgeting and performance planning
  • Scaling hero SKUs whilst reducing inefficient spend across lower‑performing products
  • Producing regular performance reports, insights and actionable recommendations
  • Monitoring competitor activity, category trends and marketplace developments
  • Supporting testing strategies and continuous campaign experimentation

What they're looking for:

  • Hands‑on experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
  • Experience managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into commercial actions
  • Excellent understanding of Amazon performance metrics including TACoS, ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR and organic ranking
  • Experience using Amazon reporting tools and Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Someone who enjoys being hands‑on and executing directly rather than managing through a large team

Nice to have:

  • Amazon DSP experience
  • Experience across multiple Amazon EU marketplaces
  • Experience with tools such as Helium10, Pacvue, Quartile, Jungle Scout or similar
  • Beauty, cosmetics, consumer goods, lifestyle or ecommerce experience

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Amazon team at the start of its journey and play a key role in scaling a portfolio of luxury beauty brands across the UK and Europe.
