The Role:

I am looking for an experienced ad operations specialist to join the team as an Ad Operations Manager. Sitting within the Ad Operations team, this is a specialist, non-client specific role responsible for the implementation, delivery and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across the agency's portfolio.

You will manage campaigns end-to-end - from setup and trafficking through to monitoring, QA and troubleshooting - ensuring flawless execution across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign setup, trafficking and ongoing management
  • QA of ad creatives to ensure campaign specifications are met
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving discrepancies
  • Managing distribution of creative assets and ad tags to media partners
  • Driving efficiencies across campaign activation processes
  • Collaborating closely with account teams
  • Supporting training and development of junior team members

2+ years' experience in Ad Operations.
